Replacement Guarantee - 9/10/01

Shelby Auto Glass Warrants in writing the automotive glass installed by Shelby Auto Glass against any manufactures defects or workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. All defects due to workmanship should be conveyed to the shop manager. Any defect repaired by another glass shop without prier approval by one of our shop managers or officers will not result in a reimbursement.

Windshield Repair Guarantee - 7/15/01

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a windshield repair performed by one of our technicians, Shelby Auto Glass will apply the entire cost of the windshield repair toward the price of a replacement windshield purchased from Shelby Auto Glass. Or if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a windshield repair performed by one of our technicians, Shelby Auto Glass will apply the amount of your windshield repair toward your insurance deductible on a new windshield purchased from Shelby Auto Glass.

Electrical parts Guarantee - 10/7/08

Shelby Auto Glass will guarantee all electrical parts replaced or associated with glass replaced in your vehicle for 30 days. After 30 days Shelby Auto Glass can not be responsible for non working electrical components.

Stress Crack - 9/30/11

A stress crack in a windshield is caused by uneven pressure or extreme changes in temperature. A stess crack in a new windshield will occur in the first couple of week after installation. In most cases, a crack appearing in your windshield after this two week period is caused by a rock chip that has cracked out, usually starting in the black band near the edge and extending into the visable part of the glass. An inspection of your windshield will have to be performed to determine the cause. Shelby Auto Glass reserves the right to refuse the replacement of a new windshield when the existing one was cracked by a rock or impact.

We accept checks under these conditions - 10/1/11

1. When you pay by check, you expressly authorize Shelby Auto Glass if your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, to electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a processing fee of $35.00 (or legal limit) plus any applicable sales tax. The use of a check for payment is your acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy and it's terms. 2. Two forms of identification may be required for new customers. 3. Checks written on a closed account is a federal offence and will be sent to the district attorneys office for prosecution.
